Dr. Daphna Heffetz, CEO and Member of the Board of Directors |

 Dr. Daphna Heffetz
founded TransPharma Medical on September 2000 and is serving as its CEO and
Director of the Board since. Prior to joining TransPharma, Dr. Heffetz served as
CEO and Director of Savyon Diagnostics from 1998 to 2000 and was responsible for
substantial increases in the overall profitability of the company. Previously,
from 1994-1998, Dr. Heffetz was Operations Manager and R&D project leader at
Savyon. Dr. Heffetz received her Ph.D. in biochemistry from the Weizmann Institute of
Science in 1991, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship in molecular biology. She
has published numerous articles in leading scientific journals, and has been the
recipient of a number of academic awards and prizes

Dr. Yael Kenan, Chief Operating Officer |

Prior to joining Transpharma, Dr. Kenan was responsible for Global Clinical Drug
Development in the field of Parkinson disease at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries.
She brings to TransPharma extensive industry experience. In her position at Teva,
she was responsible for planning and managing clinical development plans (phase
I to III) of new anti-Parkinson drugs and took a leading role in receiving the
global marketing authorization of Teva’s second innovative drug, Azilect. Dr.
Kenan holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and
an MBA from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. She was also a research
fellow at the US National Institute of Health. |

Mr. Giora Arbel, Vice President of Engineering and
Production |
 |

Prior to joining TransPharma, Mr. Arbel served as Vice President in a number of
hi-tech and medical device companies. He brings to TransPharma experience in
multidisciplinary R&D management in developing complex medical devices, military
equipment and systems projects. Mr. Arbel holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical
Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and a M.Sc. in
Operations Research from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.

Ms. Judith Kornfeld, Vice President of Business
Development |

|
Prior to joining TransPharma, Ms. Kornfeld held the position VP of Business
Development at leading bio-technological concerns, responsible for creating
collaborations with major medical device companies and academic organizations.
Ms. Kornfeld specializes in bringing innovative medical technologies to
prosperity in the medical industry. Ms. Kornfeld holds a B.Sc. in Biology and an
MBA, as well as an academic background in electrical engineering. She is the
member of the Beta Gamma Sigma society. Ms. Kornfeld is currently based in the
USA.

Dr. Zev Sohn, Vice President of R&D Technology |

Prior to joining TransPharma, Dr. Sohn served as Vice President of R&D at
Influence Medical Technologies, where he invented and patented that company’s
core technology. Throughout his professional career, Dr. Sohn has developed and
transferred to mass manufacturing a wide variety of medical devices. He received
his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Columbia University in 1987.

Dr. Galit Levin, Vice President of R&D Pharmaceutical

|
Prior to joining TransPharma, Dr. Levin held senior positions in R&D Division of
Teva Pharmaceuticals, responsible for guiding formulations through all stages of
development, culminating in Phase III clinical trials. Dr. Levin received her
D.Sc. in 1994 from the Faculty of Food Engineering and Biotechnology at the
Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Dr. Hana Gadassi, Vice President of Quality and
Regulatory Affairs |
 |
|
Prior to joining TransPharma, Dr. Gadassi served as Director of Quality
Assurance and Quality Control at Savyon Diagnostics, as well as head of
regulatory affairs. Dr. Gadassi holds a Ph.D. in protein chemistry from the
Weizmann Institute of Science, which was followed by a postdoctoral fellowship
at the National Institute of Health in the U.S. She is a certified Quality
Engineer by both the American and Israeli Societies for Quality Control.

Ms. Ronit Nahary, Vice President of Finance |

Prior to joining TransPharma, Ms. Nahary held the position of Corporate
Controller in both privately-held and publicly-traded companies. Her
responsibilities included establishing and managing accounting departments and
systems in Israel and the US. Ms. Nahary is a certified public accountant, with
a BA in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University. |
