Diclofenac In-Vitro Study
The permeation of Diclofenac through full-thickness porcine ear skin was studied
using a standard system of flow-through diffusion cells. Aqueous solutions
containing 1.0% drug were placed in a donor compartment. Samples were collected
in the receptor compartment at a flow rate of 2ml/hr. The analysis of the
collected samples was performed by HPLC.
